Get in touch by phone, email, or our online enquiry form and we will get back to you to set up an initial session at a time that suits you and your child.
Your initial session will be a free 30-min meeting so you can meet your tutor and discuss your individual needs.
For the safety of both the tutee and the tutor, these initial sessions must be held in a public place if they are not online.
Initial assessments will be provided to students if they do not already have content in mind they know they need to strengthen.
So what type of session will be best for you?
TYPES OF SESSIONS
One-to-One
You will be matched with the best tutor for your needs, and work with them individually to strengthen your maths skills, allowing the sessions to focus on the student's individual needs and fit flexibly around their other commitments.
Small Group
Work in a group of 2-5 of your friends, matched with the tutor that best meets the group's needs. This allows the students to explore ideas together in a more collaborative environment.
Adult NST
Get individual help brushing up on forgotten skills before your National Skills Test (or similar mathematical job test).
Add-on to GCSE resit tutoring: £15 per hour

FAQs
01
Can I book fortnightly sessions?
Yes! However, we do add an extra 50% onto your session price to hold the slot on the weeks you aren't using it.
02
I need to rearrange a session. When can I rearrange it to?
There are multiple options - another slot in the week that you and the tutor have free, an additional slot in the following week that you and the tutor have free, extend future sessions to make up the time, or bank the time to use in a school holiday where there is more time available.
03
I want to book on the fixed tariff but we go away for the summer and will not be able to commit to three weeks of sessions in that time. What are my options?
If you are only going to miss one or two sessions over the year it may be cheaper to book on the fixed tariff and simply pay for those missed sessions. However, you do have the option to rearrange and have multiple sessions in a week before or after going away - for example, if you are away for the first two of the three weekly sessions offered over the summer then you can rearrange those two sessions into the third week and have two 90min sessions just before going back to school
(a session on topic recall ready for the new year and a session on developing problem-solving skills).
04
What am I getting for my money when I book a session?
You will get all of the following:
Individually tailored sessions with a tutor (typically for an hour per week).
Feedback for parents at least once per term.
Regular formative and summative assessments.
Regular "Mathematical Thinking" activities.
Support via messages for school work outside of sessions.
Year 11s will also get:
Regular past papers set and marked, with personalised feedback.
Extra revision done by students marked and feedback provided.
05
Do students have to be in the same class to form a group session?
No! All that we ask, to ensure the work is relevant to everybody in the group, is that they are all in the same year group and have a similar ability (for example: they are all sitting the foundation GCSE paper).
